At ZALWON Staffing & Digital Solutions, we provide digital certifications and career consulting services. This policy outlines how our digital assets are delivered to you.

1. Digital Delivery Method

All certifications and course modules are Digital Products. There is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful payment, your digital certificate or access link will be delivered instantly to the email address provided during the transaction.

You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. In the event that you do not receive the delivery even after seven days have passed from the estimated date of delivery, you must promptly contact us.

2. Delivery Timeline

Certifications: Usually instant (within 5–10 minutes of payment).
Consulting Services: Any customized reports or career branding assets will be delivered within the timeline agreed upon during the specific consultation.

3. Shipping Costs

Since all our services are delivered electronically via the internet, there are Zero (₹0) shipping charges applicable to your transaction.
