Refund & Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. A User may submit a claim for a refund by contacting us.

1. Instant Fulfillment Policy

All certifications offered on this platform are Digital Services and Instant Downloads. Since the professional credential is delivered immediately via email upon payment, the service is considered fully rendered.

2. No-Refund Rule

All sales are final. Because our products are digitally downloadable and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once the certificate has been generated. This follows the global industry standard for digital professional credentials.

3. Technical Exceptions

If you experience a technical error (e.g., duplicate charge or failed delivery), contact us within 3 days. We will provide a manual replacement or refund the duplicate amount within 7–10 working days.
